VennUQ is a venue and event AV support ticketing platform. It allows attendees and staff to submit and manage support requests for audiovisual needs at events.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to spam, abuse the ticket system, or impersonate others. Use must be in good faith for legitimate AV support and event operations.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Service availability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime or availability, especially during beta.
Intellectual property
VennUQ owns the platform and its branding. You retain ownership of your own data that you submit through the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VennUQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
