We collect: name, email, phone number, IP address, ticket submissions, and room/event data when you use VennUQ to request or manage AV support.
How we use it
We use this data to provide AV support ticketing, send notifications (email and SMS), and improve the service.
Third party services
We use Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy terms.
Data retention
Ticket data is kept for 2 years. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@vennuq.com.
No data sold
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies, only for authentication session management.
